geography of chad
Chad is located in South Africa and is south of Libya. Its square area is roughly three times the size of the state of California. It is a landlocked country meaning that it has no coastlines around it. Its climate is varied being a tropical in the south and a barren dessert in the north. Its terrain mostly consists of broad, arid plains in center, desert in north, mountains in northwest, lowlands in south.
